Pretty Odd Town

Pretty Odd Town is a body of continuing work that presents my playful photography style in an interactive space. With the childish colors and subject matter, I have made these subjects characters in a story. The story comes together by placing them all in the same town. By having places shown such as a front and backyard, pool, a beach, a forest, a bathtub, etc … Each character has their own concept and mini story yet, there is constant character and color overlap connecting the characters to the town and each other. The viewers will not just look at the pictures, but feel as if they are seeing a new weird world similar to their own. Creating the feeling of exploring a new town/neighborhood for the first time, and that town is Pretty Odd.
